What is coherence?
Coherence is a very simple mind/breath/body practice that helps bring all aspects of ourselves into harmony. It helps to regulate and improve the functioning of all systems in the body including the immune system and nervous system, improves our critical and creative thinking and enables us to more effectively communicate and connect with each other.
I can't/hate/am bad at meditating. Will this work for me?
If you take the time to practice regularly, beyond the classes, you will gain benefit. The only way to be 'bad' at meditating is to never do it. If you lean all in, after the practices I guide you through, you will feel calmer, more peaceful and more relaxed. The more you practice, the more these feelings are sustained. If you're in doubt, just try and see! What if this is the practice that changes your beliefs around meditating?
If I don't like the course materials, can I get a refund?
